We specialise in providing food to your taste.  Please ask when placing your order for a particular dish of your liking. Please note that spicy is not necessarily hot & vice versa. As you are probably aware,there are some dishes which are frequently requested but are not authentic Indian or Bangladeshi dishes, e.g; Chicken Tikka Mosalla, Lamb Tikka Mosalla etc. Due to demand, we are delighted to be in a position to satisfy all requests.  Usually, in many Indian restaurants and takeaways these dishes are artificially coloured. For the benefit of our customers we do not use artificial colouring and flavouring in any of our dishes served in the establishment, unless specially requested.  The only colour produced in the food will be from natural sources, using a combination of paprika, red chillies fresh tomatoes, turmeric, red, yellow and green peppers, saffron etc. Therefore, please do not be surprised to find your favourite dish does not appear in the usual colour.  Unlike many Indian restaurants and takeaways, we only use fresh chicken fillet and tender leg of lamb.  In addition we use unsaturated and cholesterol free vegetable oil rather than hydrogenated vegetable oil (Ghee) for cooking. Please note that a dish can be spicy and aromatic, but not necessarily hot & vice versa.  In order to avoid disappointment, please mention how hot and spicy you like your food when placing order.  Please ask for any dish of your liking not featured in this menu. Our experienced chef will be delighted to prepare this for you, if time permits.
